today marks the second anniversary from when we found michael's dad. my heart aches for michael and his family. i love you all and you are all in my prayers. kane and i have been talking about his grandpa today and how badly his grandpa wanted him. two years ago last night he talked to michael about marrying me and starting a family. he would of done anything to be here to see his precious grandbaby. kane, you are so loved and even though you will never meet your grandpas we will always make sure they are a part of your life and who you are.
this past week he has gotten attached to a blanket. i have never been one to promote a favorite thing because my niece kylie can not go anywhere without her floppy (her blanket) and it used to drive me crazy. when she would come over or i would pick her up from school we would have to make sure floppy was by her side. if she left it somewhere we had to turn around, call places, hunt for it... until she had it back.
i tried to put kane's blanket in the dirty clothes basket today but he saw the corner of it and pulled it out. lol i need to get a handle on this before it gets out of control!
this is for chelsea- i told you he always smushes his face against it! lol he cracks up when i smush my face at the same time to give him a kiss.
he loves to ride on his horse- this is his way of telling me he wants on it
and this is his face when he has done something wrong. he's trying to explain before he gets in "trouble" haha. (he just pulled the knob off of our tv stand)
love this little monkey!
the other day i was telling kane to get a book and i would read it to him- he started searching through his book basket and i began reciting one of his books. he turned looked at me then went and picked that book up and brought it to me! we tried this SEVERAL times with MANY books and he got it right every time!!!! i even made sure the book i was reciting wasn't on top. he can do this with around 10 books. i told you we read a lot! lol!! such a smart boy! (he gets it from me! haha)
