fun fact: on this day 2 years ago i told my brother i was pregnant. i had no idea that it was april fools day, i had baby on the brain! i swear, it took me 30 minutes to convince him it wasn't a joke!
anyways... last night i couldn't sleep and michael was on call so i decided to bake some cupcakes! who doesn't do that at 10:30 at night? i remembered that i saw april fools day cupcakes so i thought it would be fun to give it a try. they were all super easy! i didn't plan to make most of the ones on our best bites but i had all the supplies so i did. the corn ones are so adorable but sadly i don't keep popcorn flavored jelly beans in the pantry!

These turned out so cute! I'm almost not sure I could eat a cupcake that looks like mashed potatoes... something about that would mess with my taste buds haha. Good job!
